Note :
The nutrition facts for Chicken Tikka Masala take into account the entire amount of the marinade’s components. The amount of marinade actually consumed will vary depending on factors like marinating time, ingredients, cooking time, etc.
Pro Tips :
Yogurt :
In Indian cooking, use Greek yogurt or strained yogurt, also known as hung curd. If you use runny yogurt, your marinade will be runny and all of the spicy marinade will drain to the pan when you grill the meat. There won’t be any taste in the chicken. Therefore, make sure the marinade is thick.
The main element here is yogurt. Its flavor fully enhances, tenderizes, and stops the chicken from drying out when being grilled at high temperatures.
Red Chilli Powder :
Use Kashmiri red chili powder since it has a mild heat. You’ll need Indian Chilli Powder, which is made entirely of dried red chilies that have been finely powdered. This can be changed for paprika. Use smoked paprika as there are so many varieties available. Adapt the serving size to your preferences.
